To further strengthen the construction of the employee team within the group company, shape a high - quality and dynamic team with both moral integrity and professional competence, and enhance the group's core competitiveness, on the afternoon of November 11th, Shanghai CNSK Electric (Group) Co., Ltd. held a special training session themed "Be a Dedicated and Professional Employee" on the third floor of the office building. A total of over 30 employee representatives participated in this training.
This training was honored to have two teachers from Yuda Education and Training School in Fengxian District as the keynote speakers.
During the training, everyone watched a video of exemplary enterprise employees demonstrating dedication and love for their jobs. The two teachers took cases of dedicated employees as a starting point. By citing the advanced deeds of such employees, they summarized the key factors influencing employees' dedication and put forward several important ideas for enhancing employees' sense of dedication in a targeted manner. Through the presentation of these cases, everyone could more intuitively understand what true dedication to work is, and thus realize how significantly employees' dedication can impact an enterprise.
Throughout the training process, the two teachers systematically elaborated on the qualities that a dedicated and professional employee should possess from multiple aspects, including ability, sense of responsibility, teamwork, mentality, gratitude, and learning. The trainers explained profound theories in simple terms, cited numerous real-life cases, and adopted a humorous teaching style. They delivered a wonderful, informative, and highly instructive training course that benefited all the participating employees greatly.
