Collective Bargaining Star-rated Unit
Recently, Shanghai CNSK Electric (Group) Co., Ltd. was evaluated as the "Five-star Unit for Collective Bargaining in Fengxian District in 2021" and commended. Since its establishment in 2010, under the strong leadership of the group company, the CNSK Labor Union has adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. It has thoroughly studied the relevant requirements in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China regarding "improving the negotiation and coordination mechanism jointly participated by the government, enterprises, and labor unions", and has given full play to the role of a bridge and bond connecting the enterprise with the workforce.
"Surely the day will come to ride the wind and cleave the waves; I'll set my cloudlike sail to cross the sea which raves." In the future, the CNSK Labor Union will focus on work effectiveness, spare no effort to build a "Home for Employees" trusted by them, and act as a reliable "Motherly Figure" for the employees. It will continuously enhance the employees' sense of recognition, sense of belonging, happiness, and sense of gain. Always thinking and working in unison with the employees, the union will work in concert to promote the harmonious and stable labor relations within the enterprise, give full play to the role of the labor union, and demonstrate its responsibility!
